WHAT MAKES CROSSFIT SPORTS CLUBS EXCLUSIVE?

CrossFit sports clubs are characterized by organized group training. Mostly in small groups of 10-15 people. The training sessions are conducted by professional and competent trainers. The limited number of participants allows trainers to supervise all training participants, thus ensuring the quality of each training session for each person who participates in it.

WHAT ARE THE ORIGINALS?

TRAINING REGISTRATION.

Registration is required to access Amber CrossFit training. Registration for training is open at the Amber CrossFit Club 72 H. before the start of training. You can cancel your reservation 2 hours before the start of training. If the reservation is canceled later, the generation is lost. CROSSFIT WOD – THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY

At the Amber CrossFit club, a new workout awaits you every day, consisting of 4 parts: Warm-up, skills, daily training and cool-down. Each of these parts is related and forms a WOD (Workout of the day). All of our workouts are available to our club members on the big screen or on their phones Chalkit PRO app.

When training in the Amber CrossFit club, you will not have to think about what to do in the gym today, what exercises to do. You will be able to choose the moment that best suits you. All you need is to show up for training.

CrossFit memberships are more expensive than most traditional gyms because CrossFit gyms focus on quality over quantity. Due to our specifics (group training), we are limited in the number of people we can accept per day. And this directly affects the number of members we can have in total. However, this high-quality approach to training allows us to train them efficiently and provide them with the highest quality group training services.

Amber CrossFit sports club is located in Vilnius, Naujamiestis. Nearby is Žemaitė Lidl, gym+. However, to find us for the first time, we recommend using Google Maps and searching for Amber CrossFit. We’re at a dead end, so it’s hard to find us the first time.
