If you have the time, you can dedicate a few hours a day to meal prepping for the entire week. Simply freeze the portions you won’t eat in the next few days. Be open to change

Think of your health and body beauty as a lifestyle, not as an obligation that will last 6 or 12 weeks. Sport and proper nutrition won’t last long if you don’t know why you’re doing it. Before you start eating “cleaner” and working out, answer the question: why do you want to be lean and athletic?
Will sport and healthy food help you feel better? Do you do it so you can play with your children and watch them grow?
