June 8th we will start the day with a nutrition seminar, during which we will introduce you to the main elements of this program and how it will all go. We will carry out a body mass analysis test with Tanita professional scales for all those who wish.
Participation in the event is free, but anyone who wants to weigh themselves with the Tanita scale and measure their body mass index will have to pay afterwards €15. Therefore, the number of weigh-ins is limited, so if we all can’t show up, we will have to arrange a re-weigh-in.
