Production
We cut the chicken breast into cubes, put it in a container and marinate it: pour in the mayonnaise, squeeze a lemon, sprinkle with curry and chicken spices, mix everything well and leave to marinate. We prepare the ingredients for the sauce: cut the champignons and onion. We stew/fry the marinated chicken breast in a pan (we marinate it depending on the desired taste – the longer we marinate, the more lemony the flavor will be). At the same time we can cook rice. Add the stewed chicken and cooked rice to a plate. We sprinkle the rice with rice spices and cut the tomato (it can be another vegetable or vegetables, depending on your taste). Let’s prepare the sauce: add the onions to the pan and let them fry. After the onions are fried, add the champignons and fry them together with the onions. Finally, cover everything with sour cream and the stew left over after cooking the chicken (if you want the sauce to taste like lemon). We mix everything and pour the sauce onto a plate. Delightful!
Notes
The spices do not have to be the ones I listed. If you need to avoid fat, you can use less mayonnaise or sour cream (or not use them at all). The recipe can be simplified. Other meat can be used instead of chicken. The dish can be embellished with parsley or dill to give it an image. In general the dish was discovered by experimenting and continuing to do so. The taste is unique: try it for yourself.
