1. Train without a plan 💥

Many people come to the gym and do “whatever it takes that day.”

2. Not taking care of food 🍽️

You can train hard, but if you eat poorly, the body has no fuel or nutrients to grow or recover.

Solution:

  • Prioritize real food: quality proteins, fruits, vegetables and carbohydrates.
  • Avoid skipping meals or following extreme diets.
  • Drink water consistently throughout the day.

3. You sleep little or badly 💤

the muscle it doesn’t grow in the gym, it grows while you rest.
Sleeping less than 7 hours affects recovery, motivation and hormones.

Establish a stable sleep routine, avoid screens before bed, and create a calm environment.

Focus on your progress. Constancy of value, not comparison.
