ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A SPORTS CLUB IN VILNIUS? There are various sports clubs, season tickets and related prices. The question arises spontaneously: why is it sufficient to allocate 30 euros per month for some subscriptions, while the prices of CrossFit training subscriptions fluctuate around 100 euros? We will try to tell you why it is worth paying more for CrossFit training.

In a regular sports club, you usually pay for the ability to use the equipment: exercise machines, weights, etc. The training plan costs more and training with a trainer will also cost you more than the basic membership price.
Of course you will also find all the necessary equipment in the CrossFit club. However, you won’t have to queue at the gym – you’ll know exactly how long it will take you to train and can plan your time more easily. You won’t have to worry about training programs. Each time you come, you will receive a different training plan: CrossFit training is focused on the long-term results of members, so these plans are made in such a way that the whole body is trained evenly during consecutive visits. And, of course, you will meet a trainer who will not only put a barbell in your hands, but also show you how to perform the exercises, making sure that you perform them correctly, without hurting yourself.
So when you choose CrossFit training, you don’t just pay for equipment rental, which is a one-time investment and lasts several years. The most important thing is that you pay for specially planned training sessions and for the constant supervision and advice of professional instructors.
FEW PEOPLE, LOTS OF ATTENTION

It is normal to find the gym, especially during the busiest hours, full of visitors training alone. You often have to stand in line in front of the desired exercise machine. Is everyone doing their exercises correctly? Probably not always. Of course you can choose a group workout, where the trainer demonstrates the movements. Often only about 30 people participate, so it is not always possible to guarantee that every participant performs the movements correctly. These problems are solved by the services of a personal trainer, but for them you will have to pay extra.
At Amber CrossFit we accept a maximum of 10 people for training. On average 8 people participate in the training. This ensures that the coach can pay sufficient attention to each training participant: correct if the exercise is performed incorrectly, offer a simpler or more difficult version of the exercise, taking into account the personal situation of each athlete, offer additional exercises to help strengthen a weaker area.
Therefore, after purchasing a membership to the CrossFit club, you will no longer need to invest in the services of a coach – you can be sure that you will receive sufficient personal attention, the coach will help you choose exercises that are suitable for your level and will make sure that you perform them correctly, without harming your health.
NO WANT TO GIVE UP
The price of ordinary sports clubs and gyms is based on the expectation that a person who buys a membership does not necessarily come to play sports. In fact, more than half of the people who purchase season tickets rarely or never show up at their regular sports club locations. It’s really not easy to stay motivated if you’re not sure if you’re doing the exercises correctly and if you don’t see any progress,
In CrossFit clubs the situation is different. There are no Amber CrossFit inactive people, those who pay for the service but don’t use it. Members attend training on average 3-4 times per week. If someone doesn’t show up for more than 7 days, we ask what happened and what we can do to help them. These situations are rare because CrossFit communities are very strong and motivated. The training in small groups, the close contact with the trainers, the mutual support in difficult moments and the daily sharing of the results obtained and visible guarantee a high involvement of the members.
